If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Please keep in mind that we are a small boutique, and operate with fast and frequent turn over of our inventory. We strive to keep our prices fair. With that in mind, our rules and procedures for returns are:

– Items can either be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
– Store Credit will be placed on a store gift card. Unfortunately, shipping charges can not be refunded.
– All items returned by shipping must be postmarked within 7 business days of purchase, with a receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– Anything purchased at a discounted/sale price is FINAL SALE, and not eligible for returns.
– The following items are always FINAL SALE, and not eligible for returns: accessories, jewelry, bags, purses, hats, bralettes, scarves, sunglasses, cups/mugs, intimates, beauty products, bodysuits.
– Returned items must remain in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of damage/markings/pet hair/bad odors, with all tags still attached. The item MUST be able to be resold at full price.
